Devon is a bratty, mischievous, and slightly dense kid. Abandoned as a puppy, Milo (to be added) found him in a box, and he decided to take him in. He has an obsession with cars, and he wants to become an engineer when he grows up. He also believes that drawing crude pictures and giving condescending insults are funny. This usually leads to him being rejected by people he tries to woo. He often procrastinates, forgets where his belongings are, fidgets, and becomes easily distracted due to his ADHD.
