Squirt

Squirt is a character from my third year short film "JackAxo"!

A teal axolotl who wears an aquarium decoration resembling a scuba helmet. He is the smallest and youngest of the group. He is rather kind and optimistic. The others like taking advantage of his naivety and putting him through painful stunts. Despite this, he actually finds it thrilling to be part of the channel, and he is always up for a challenge.

Facts

• His name comes from his small size.
• He was the first character made for the short film.
• He is a grown man. He hates being mistaken for a kid.
• The original inspirations behind his design are Zuru's A-Lot-A Axolotls and the Build-a-Bear axolotls.
• His design is also slightly influenced by Fish-Out-of-Water from Chicken Little.
• His other inspirations include Steve-O and Wee Man.
